Our History
High-Flyers Model College was established in 2005. The school has grown from a burgeoning nursery and primary into a vibrant educational institution offering services to learners from the cradle till about 17 years old with both Nursery, Primary and High School operating as one from two locations. Our successful evolution as placed us in a distinct position to offer children smooth and stable transition into their academic Journey as well as assuage every parent's search for quality education.
The Executive Director Pastor Mrs Adefioye, had a revelation in 2005, where she was instructed by the Holy Spirit to establish a school. After prayers and consultations with the Holy Spint, the vision was given birth on the 28th day of February 2005 at 9, Ladega Jekami Street, Ajaka, Makun Sagamu Ogun State Nigeria With three pupils in attendance, it was formerly At-case Nursery & Primary School and later changed to Glorious heights Model School.
Glorious Heights Model school is the brainchild of Pastor Mrs Adefioye OluwaYemisi, fondly called Big Mommy a seasoned educationist, wife, counselor, pastor and mother with strong passion for quality education and the desire to inculcate the fear of God in children which inevitably transforms them into exemplary leaders.
Glorious Heights Model School runs the early years foundation stage framework. This framework sets standards for the learning, development and care of the child from birth to age five. It operates with the principles that every child is unique and through learning and resilient, confidence and self assurance, children can learn to be strong and independent through positive relationships with God and with the adults around them, creating enabling environment in which their experiences respond to their Individual needs and there is a strong partnership between practitioners and parents or caregivers; who cover the education and care of all children including children with special or added educational needs.
To the glory of God, I would like to appreciate this set of people that God has used to birth this great vision and to sustain it for the past twenty years. Personalities like, my one and only husband pastor James Adefioye, my children, my mummy Mrs kayode S. B., Mr Taiye & Kehinde Oladosu, (loving & caring siblings), Surveyor Fasanmi, Pastor Basiru, Professor Oyewole, Prophet Adegboye Moses, Prophet Oke Oladele. My mentor in this noble profession, Mrs Arowolo( His Mercy Nursery & Primary School). I appreciate you all. May the Lord bless and enlarge your coast and keep you in Jesus Mighty name.
From the inception of Glorious Heights Model school, located at 21, Ladega Jekami Street Ajaka, Makun Sagamu, Ogun State Nigeria in 2005, the school has committed itself to the provision of academic excellence, quality pastoral life, physical- mental synergy and spiritual- moral conduct that reposition learners to compete with their peers globally. We take pride in our superior infrastructure, top of the crop educators as well as our peaceful and secure environments.
